SUNDAY 8/30
— Today is the Rock’s annual Pig Roast at our pastor’s house, the Drages, 1317 Anthony Street, 6pm Sunday. Meet in the Johnston lobby at 5:45 pm to walk over/carpool over. (They live close to campus!) This year there is a Western theme, so dress accordingly!

TUESDAY 9/1
— Freshman Leadership Group, every Tuesday at 9 p.m. in N234 Memorial Union. Freshman, this is a great opportunity to get connected in The Rock as a whole, connect with other freshman and our pastor, John Drage, who leads the group. You are invited!

WEDNESDAY 9/2
— The Rock will be starting a noon bible study on Wednesdays, starting Sept. 2, in Memorial Union. Ed Courtney, another pastor at The Rock, will be leading the study with the goal of studying the Bible more in-depth, giving special attention to its historical and cultural context. Bring your lunch if you want.
— Wolpers Wednesdays, 8:30 pm meet in the Wolpers Lobby for followup/visiting folks who recently visited The Rock, studying, hanging out and of course, snacks. This will be a weekly event.

THURSDAY 9/3
— Canvas Group meeting, 7 pm, S207 Memorial Union. We will meet at the same time, same place all semester unless you hear otherwise!

SATURDAY 9/5
— Dinner before The Rock, 6 pm. Meet in the Eva J’s lobby to walk to Plaza. (We’ll do this every week and then walk to church together).
— The Rock, 7:07 pm Middlebush Aud.
