An LT experience #5 - Audio interview
Wednesday, February 27th, 2008
Two nights before Eva Ellingsworth went to Leadership Training in 2000 in Myrtle Beach, she was tripping acid and smoking pot with friends. But early in her summer there, God got a hold of her life. In the following three segments, Eva shares her testimony of running from God, about how her life changed at LT and, finally, how she was called to do missions work overseas. Eva is one of The Rock’s missionaries. She works for Great Commission Ministries in Amsterdam in the Netherlands at a church called Zolder 50.

For Tyler Shields, a sophomore majoring in communications and religious studies, his summer at LT was an experience he won’t soon forget. He said it is the kind of fellowship and growth that people dream about and it all happens in the middle of one of God’s most beautiful creations. Here’s more of what he had to say:
The Rock had a team of 25 people working in Choluteca, Honduras, for 12 days in January. You can look at the newsletter for the trip here.
Liz Lever, a sophomore majoring in psychology and English at Mizzou, will be returning to Colorado this summer for her second LT. She took some time to share a little about her experience and why she decided to return.
